Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for the unsecured loans portfolio, from ideation to post‑launch optimization, aligned with business goals and market trends.
Define and deliver strong Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) through market research, competitive analysis, and clear product positioning across target segments.
Own pricing and profitability strategy, including dynamic and risk‑based pricing, to drive revenue growth while managing portfolio risk.
Optimize fee structures and revenue collection, including fee approvals and collaboration with collections to manage delinquencies and defaults.
Drive digitization and innovation across the unsecured loans value chain, including digital onboarding, AI/ML risk tools, and operational automation.
Ensure strong risk management and regulatory compliance, working closely with Risk and adhering to MAS and banking regulations.
Provide senior leadership and stakeholder management, requiring deep unsecured lending expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to lead high‑performing teams.
To work with other Team Leads and Stakeholders to improve product proposition, offering, features enhancement, profitability and growth, and market competitiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a significant focus on unsecured lending products (Personal Loans, Cashline, Balance Transfer, Debt Consolidation).
Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies and pricing models.
Strong understanding of risk-based pricing methodologies and credit risk management principles.
Experience with digital product development and customer journey optimization.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and AI/ML for product innovation and performance enhancement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
