As a Product Strategy Manager - Medical Devices (APAC), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for assigned medical device portfolios across Southeast Asia
- Act as regional liaison between global product teams and local markets on strategic product matters
- Provide technical training and support to distributors, partners, and internal teams on product applications
- Conduct market intelligence analysis including market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights
- Coordinate product launches working with regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams across the region
- Support sales teams in identifying opportunities, developing campaigns, and engaging key opinion leaders
- Create marketing materials including digital content, promotional collateral, and educational resources
- Manage medical education activities including workshops, conferences, and training programs
- Optimize product portfolio through SKU rationalization and customer requirement analysis with operations teams
- Monitor and report on product performance, sales pipeline, and market opportunities to leadership
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Nursing or Life Sciences
- Minimum 3-4 years in medical device Product/ Marketing Management with surgical device sales experience is an advantage
