As a Global Solutions Associate, you will build and influence across your own team, Product Area (PA) teams, and cross-organizational groups (e.g., Senior and Group Product Managers). You will support strategic decisions that maximize customer benefit and drive outcomes for large-scale or multiple specialized projects.
By translating market and customer needs into product requirements, you will deliver the insights and execution materials necessary to enable sales success. You will navigate complex environments, leveraging your knowledge of the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and advertiser perspectives to find the optimal activation path for global strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working directly with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Product Launch & Adoption: Structure alphas and betas, determine launch readiness, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive product adoption with minimal guidance.
- Strategic Prioritization: Identify macro themes, determine value propositions, and manage sales prioritization using frameworks such as BFM, PRPs, MOs, and rOPPs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analysis to define product-market strategies; document strategic opportunities based on customer feedback and long-term needs.
- Roadmap Contribution: Influence product prioritization plans and roadmaps, shape internal tools, and manage cross-functional/cross-portfolio initiatives.
