Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical expert and subject matter authority for the assigned power IC product line
- Develop in-depth technical content, including detailed application notes, whitepapers, and design-in guides, to enable customer adoption.
- Provide direct, high-level technical support to key customers and the sales team, resolving complex application issues.
- Collaborate with the Engineering/Sales team in Europe and the USA to ensure products meet application requirements.
- Represent the voice of the customer by gathering deep technical feedback and conveying it directly to engineering and marketing.
Key Attributes:
- Deep, hands-on understanding of power semiconductor applications and circuit design.
- Passion for solving customer problems and supporting design wins with technical expertise.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to customers, sales, and internal teams without direct authority.
- A self-starter who can identify technical challenges and opportunities and drive initiatives to completion independently
Requirements
- Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
- At least 5 years in semiconductor product management (power electronics preferred)
