Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team where you will drive product sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our offerings in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement and sustained growth of assigned products in the designated area. Manage key accounts and hospitals by implementing promotional programs tailored for the geographical area. Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders to facilitate effective engagement. Conduct market surveys to gather critical insights on products and competitor activities. Prepare and present monthly reports to the Business Manager as required. Represent the organization at conventions and exhibitions to enhance visibility. Build collaborative relationships with distributor teams to meet sales and profit targets. Promote products and provide clinical support information to relevant stakeholders. Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs aligned with business strategies. Handle customer inquiries regarding product complaints through the established system, ensuring all feedback is documented and addressed. Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Medical/Nursing. Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or a related sector. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Pleasant demeanor and customer-oriented approach with strong negotiation skills. Owning a vehicle is advantageous.
