We are seeking a Product Specialist (FX Derivatives) to join the Wealth Technology team in leading international bank with a strong presence across Asia, offering innovative wealth management and digital banking solutions to a global client base.
In this role, you will bridge business and technology, managing and enhancing FX derivatives platforms to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to drive platform performance, support new feature delivery, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise FX derivatives platforms to ensure performance, stability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Ensure platform capabilities meet business needs and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining high system integrity
- Support system upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Conduct testing and validation of new releases to ensure quality delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy
- Support risk, compliance, and security standards across all platform activities
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in financial services, with strong exposure to FX derivatives products and platforms
- Solid understanding of capital markets and wealth management products
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum)
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in software change request management
- Experience with margin management systems is a plus
