Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, development, and commercialization of aftersales products, including spare parts, lubricants, maintenance products, and car care solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, feasibility studies, and profitability assessments to identify business opportunities.
- Develop business plans, product strategies, sales forecasts, targets, and profit projections to support business growth.
- Identify and evaluate new products, suppliers, and potential business opportunities within the product portfolio.
- Prepare and present product proposals, market analyses, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Manage supplier sourcing, quotation activities, evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate product development, testing, approvals, packaging, and artwork development with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product quality, cost competitiveness, supply readiness, and timely project execution.
- Develop pricing strategies and launch plans for new and existing products.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, production planning, and product launch activities with distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and ensure operational readiness prior to product launches.
- Monitor product performance, sales results, profitability, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular product performance reports, business reviews, and recommendations for portfolio enhancement.
- Identify opportunities for product portfolio optimization and future product development.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution of product-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, dealers, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business systems, reporting processes, and dashboard enhancement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve system and reporting-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- No experience is required. Candidates with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Specialist position.
- Passion for automobiles, automotive aftermarket products, and car care solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel overseas when required.
- Knowledge of business and data analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini is an added advantage.
- Project management and cross-functional coordination experience is an added advantage.
