Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Product Specialist (Concrete) with a strong background in industrial equipment. Reporting to the CTO, this role plays an essential role in connecting our product, engineering, production, and global sales teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and validation of new product concepts by analyzing market shifts, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes.
- Evaluate long-term product viability and lead initiatives to enhance functionality, efficiency, and market fit.
- Orchestrate market testing, go-to-market strategies, and regional launches in close partnership with sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure all product features and documentation meet international regulatory, safety, and trade compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, competitor movements, and emerging industry trends.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance on system configurations and integrated solutions for diverse global markets.
- Deliver clear, confident briefings to internal teams (sales, service, leadership) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, authorities).
- Maintain deep knowledge of advancements in materials, manufacturing methods, and industrial automation technologies.
- Support commercial teams with technical input for quotations, costing models, and solution customization when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering an MBA or business-focused postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in technical product management, product engineering, or application support within the heavy industrial equipment, construction machinery, or plant systems sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial processing systems, including modular configuration, performance optimization, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to conduct market and competitive intelligence, interpret customer feedback, and translate insights into product strategy.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, production, sales, and marketing functions in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25-30%) for customer engagements, product demonstrations, and cross-regional alignment.
