Job Description
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to promote our medical device portfolio
- Building and managing relationships with key healthcare customers, such as hospitals and clinics
- Conducting product presentations and hands-on demonstrations
- Provide support during surgical cases in operating theatre
- Gathering market intelligence and identifying new sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
- Diploma holders, preferably in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or Science-related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals
- Comfortable with scientific information to engage customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
