Product Sales Specialist - Surgical Portfolio
Location: Singapore
A global healthcare solutions organisation is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to support the growth of its surgical portfolio within the hospital sector.
This role focuses on building strong partnerships with clinicians, supporting product adoption in the operating theatre environment, and driving commercial success across a defined territory.
Achieve territory sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives
Develop strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders
Identify and develop new opportunities within hospital accounts
Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service training when required
Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and closing
Expand business within existing accounts by introducing new applications and solutions
Support customers in the operating theatre environment where appropriate
Maintain accurate account records and territory data
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Contribute market insights to help shape commercial strategy
Execute territory development plans and promotional activities
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
Experience in medical device or clinical solution sales
Strong ability to engage with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Comfortable operating within a procedural or operating theatre environment
Proven ability to develop accounts and close opportunities
Highly organised with strong territory planning skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
