Your Mission

As the Product & Sales Planning Manager, you'll be the architect of Volkswagen's product strategy in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, you'll blend market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer needs into a roadmap that drives results.

You'll be the go-to expert for:

• Product positioning that resonates with today's drivers
• Pricing strategies that balance value and performance
• Sales forecasting that keeps us ahead of the curve
• Inventory planning that ensures the right car is always ready

What You'll Drive

• Craft and execute product and pricing strategies tailored to the Singapore market
• Lead sales forecasting, rolling plans, and inventory management
• Coordinate vehicle ordering and supply with Volkswagen HQ
• Track competitor launches and market trends
• Manage homologation and customs approvals for new models
• Be the key liaison for Volkswagen Area Sales Managers on all thing's product, pricing, and planning
• Deliver insightful sales reports to stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in Business, Finance, or Statistics
• At least 5 years experience in market analysis or research (automotive preferred)
• A sharp analytical mind and a flair for storytelling through data
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and all things Microsoft
• A deep understanding of the Singapore automotive market
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A valid Class 3 Driving License
