Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Product Quality Control Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product excellence through hands-on inspections and rigorous testing. Make a tangible impact on quality and reliability while working closely with hardware and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections on raw materials, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Conduct visual, dimensional, and workmanship inspections of assembled products. Execute hands-on functional and RF testing to validate product performance against established specifications. Utilize test equipment to assess pass/fail results and address anomalies for further investigation. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve test-related quality issues. Monitor inspection and test results to identify recurring defects and quality trends. Document nonconformances and maintain records of inspection rejections. Lead inspection- and test-driven corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) from the identification of issues to the verification of corrective actions. Work collaboratively with internal manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of inspections and tests. Maintain comprehensive inspection and testing documentation and support internal and external audits as necessary. Take responsibility for specific tasks and assignments and assist with additional projects as assigned by immediate supervisors.
Requirements
- Relevant hands-on experience in executing inspections and functional testing in hardware-focused environments such as electronics, RF, aerospace, or robotics. Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and test criteria. Experience in conducting functional and/or RF testing. Familiarity with documenting nonconformances and supporting corrective actions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced production settings.
