Job Responsibilities
- Review and approve validation protocols and revision changes for product and process modifications.
- Outstanding documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in product quality engineering.
- Ability to determine root causes and successfully implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials and products.
- Issue and manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for units requiring Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with engineering team to resolve issues.
- Participate in internal/external audits.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to train and guide technicians.
- Act as supplier quality engineer for inter-company purchased raw materials and support plant-wide activities and special projects.
