Product Project Manager

You'll play a key role in driving project execution, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering successful product launches that improve everyday life. The Impact You'll Make:

• Responsible for end-to-end project execution, performance and on time, in budget, at targeted quality level, up to 6-8 months post new product introduction launch
• Drive collaboration between I&D teams and the business, be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch, until officially handed over to LCM team
• Project planning, reporting and escalate when required, including multi-functional risk assessment, develop risk mitigations plans and track project execution pro-actively
• Develop a comprehensive project plan that includes detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within your functional project team
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to oversee the product design process for Garment Care.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to accelerate project execution and contributes to overall continuous efficiency improvement activities
• Manage resources inside project and support group leads with people management input and feedback

The Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferred majors include Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Project Management, or a related discipline
• 7 years or above experience in project management with PMP certification, preferably in the consumer electronics or domestic appliance industry
• Experience in successfully collaborating with engineering and business team to launch innovative products from zero to one
• The ability to inspire, guide, and manage a diverse team of professionals, collaborative with can-do spirit

• Capable of understanding the market trends, competitive landscape, and the company's long-term strategic goals related to household appliances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience working with teams in China and managing cross-regional collaboration is an added advantage
• Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
