12 month Contract position with potential to extend/convert
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project delivery by owning detailed planning, progress tracking, and the proactive identification and resolution of risks and issues.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards through close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and loyalty teams.
- Maintain ownership of project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation to provide stakeholders with clear, timely visibility into progress, decisions, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets by planning, monitoring, and controlling costs to ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
- Support backlog management by helping define, refine, and prioritise requirements so engineering and design teams can execute effectively.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in product or project management roles.
- Ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from initial planning and scoping through execution and post-launch support.
- Experienced in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with a collaborative approach to working alongside engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing budgets, statements of work (SOWs), and engagements with vendors
- Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms.
