Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
- Create and manage user stories, epics, and workflows in JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and processes within the team.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong Business Analyst background with a solid understanding of business processes.
- Extensive experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodology and regulatory requirements.
- Technical background sufficient to work closely with development teams, create user stories, and manage Jira/Confluence tasks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills is a must.
