Product Ops Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Support operational processes by updating and refreshing catalogue items, ensuring compliance and meeting approval requirements
• Verify vendor and internal billing reports to ensure accuracy; track utilization where needed
• Assist with division-wide change management activities and communications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and smooth execution of operational processes

The Talent:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product operations, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail across project coordination, logistics, and documentation
• Experience supporting workshops, events, or training programmes
• Proficient in project management tools, communication platforms, and basic data analysis for tracking and reporting
• Experience in data centre migration is an advantage
• Curious about product management methodologies, operational excellence, and industry best practices
