As we scale our operations and pursue regulatory milestones, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
The Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting our regulatory, compliance, and operational initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and CCO, you will help drive the company's MajorPayment Institution (MPI) licence preparation, strengthen internal frameworks, and contribute to product and growth efforts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
- Work closely with the CEO and CCO onMajor Payment Institution (MPI) licence preparation, including documentation,submissions, and regulatory correspondence
- Support the development of Anti-MoneyLaundering (AML) frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internalcontrol processes
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, andTechnology teams to enhance transaction monitoring systems and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Operations & Systems
- Assist in building and optimising internal tools and customer support systems to improve operational efficiency
- Support bank and partner onboarding processes, including documentation preparation and due diligence coordination
- Continuously review and improve internal workflows and operational processes
Growth & Marketing Support
- Contribute to growth initiatives, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Generative Engine Optimisation(GEO), App Store Optimisation (ASO), and social media campaigns
- Assist with content creation and coordination across digital channels as required
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services operations
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience or strong interest inpayments, regulatory compliance, or financial services is an advantage
- Familiarity with AML/KYC processes, MAS regulations, or payment industry standards is a plus
