Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across our product function. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor performance, and implement improvements to ensure product delivery is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily product operations, ensuring smooth workflows, consistent processes, and timely delivery of initiatives.

• Collect, analyze, and report on key product and business metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.

• Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and reports to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

• Identify operational gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation opportunities.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Design, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Support resource planning, prioritization, and operational forecasting for product initiatives.

• Drive initiatives that improve product quality, user experience, and overall operational efficiency.

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Operations & Data, or similar roles within a technology company.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, data reporting, and operational insights.

• Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in process improvement, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools and operational systems is a plus.
