Summary
The Product Operations Manager is responsible for building the connective tissue between product and user-facing teams, increasing leverage, so that we can ultimately deliver morevalue to more users, faster.
You'll be responsible for building strong connections withuser-facing teams (support, sales, success, etc), ensuring a tight product feedback loop andowning the chat load there. In some cases, you will also work directly with top users, learningmore about their use cases and problems as you help them get more out of the product.
Responsibilities
- Leading large cross-functional projects to improve our product
- Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development
- Seeking information to solve conceptual problems and building product
- Drive top company launches, and global rollouts
- Digging to the root cause of issues and architecting solutions to fix them
- Designing and implementing complex operational systems and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a related operational role with close collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Strong passion for user experience and the ability to deeply understand complex products and use cases
- Experience analyzing data and user feedback to drive product improvements
- Ability to build empathy for user problems and translate them into solutions
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach
- Basic technical knowledge of software development (experience with payment systemsis a plus)
- Strong SQL and presentation skills
