Key Responsibilities:

Business & P&L Ownership

  • Own and manage the business unit P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, cost optimisation, and long-term profitability.
  • Translate corporate strategy into clear business unit plans, targets, and success metrics.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with financial discipline and transparency.

Portfolio Strategy & Product Leadership

  • Define and evolve the Business Solutions and Services portfolio in line with market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the launch of new product and service offerings, from concept to commercialization.
  • Ensure a strong balance between innovation, scalability, and market readiness across offerings.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, value propositions, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies across direct and partner-led channels.
  • Ensure compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target customers and industries.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to enable sales teams with the right tools, playbooks, collateral, and training.
  • Drive adoption of offerings through clear use cases, customer success stories, and differentiated sales narratives.
  • Support strategic and complex deals, including executive-level customer engagements.

Partner Alliances & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage strategic partner alliances, including technology, channel, and solution partners.
  • Develop joint GTM motions, co-innovation initiatives, and partner-led revenue streams.
  • Strengthen ecosystem engagement to expand market reach and solution capabilities.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Engagement

  • Manage and influence senior internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, finance, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives on portfolio performance, growth opportunities, and strategic investments.
  • Represent the business unit in key customer and partner engagements.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to strategize and operationalize initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business leadership, product marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, or services environments.
  • Proven experience managing a business unit or portfolio with P&L accountability.
  • Strong track record in go-to-market execution, product launches, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing partner alliances and ecosystems.
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and executives.
