Product Marketing Manager (Industrial Solutions)

A well-established multinational organisation within the industrial and technology solutions space is seeking a commercially driven marketing professional to lead strategic product positioning, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement initiatives across the region. This role combines product marketing, business strategy, channel development, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive regional marketing and brand visibility initiatives across industry events, digital platforms, thought leadership campaigns, and customer engagement activities

. Conduct market intelligence analysis, including competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and industry trend monitoring to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities

. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing frameworks to strengthen market competitiveness and commercial performance

. Lead marketing campaigns and channel engagement activities, including webinars, distributor programmes, lead generation initiatives, technical content creation, and customer success stories

. Partner closely with regional and in-country teams to support market penetration, business expansion, pipeline management, and sales enablement initiatives

. Oversee performance tracking through CRM and reporting dashboards, ensuring alignment to business targets and continuous optimisation of marketing effectiveness

. Manage strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations with industry bodies, institutions, and business stakeholders to support long-term business development objectives

. Support internal capability building through training coordination, sales engagement programmes, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial and technical teams

. Manage marketing budgets, operational planning, and ongoing business improvement initiatives across the region

Requirements

. Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline

. Minimum 6- 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, channel development, or business growth roles within industrial, engineering, power automation, or technology-driven sectors

. Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics, including experience across sectors such as industrial solutions, infrastructure, hospitality, data centres, commercial buildings, or related industries

. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and go-to-market initiatives with measurable business impact

. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional, commercial, and technical teams

. Commercially minded with familiarity in pricing strategies, sales performance management, and business planning processes

. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, evolving, and fast-moving environments

. Leadership-oriented with a proactive mindset and passion for driving innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement
