About the role

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy and campaign execution for

fileAI's platform and product suite. You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, and commercial teams

translating product value into clear positioning, high-performing campaigns, and scalable messaging

that drives signups and adoption.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll shape narratives, build acquisition campaigns, enable the

commercial team, and measure performance end-to-end.

This role will be based in Singapore where you'll work directly alongside our founders and leadership

team to grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate

impact and shape our global sales organisation.

How you'll contribute

Product Positioning & Messaging

Translate product capabilities into clear customer value, differentiated messaging, and

use-case storytelling.

Develop key messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across marketing channels

and sales materials.

Maintain a deep understanding of user pain points, jobs-to-be-done, and the competitive

landscape.

Growth & Signup Generation

Build and run product-led acquisition campaigns that drive signups, activation, and early

adoption.

Collaborate with broader Marketing to improve landing pages, onboarding journeys,

conversion flows, and lifecycle messaging.

Create high-impact campaigns across paid, email, web, social, SEO, and partnerships

focused on measurable growth outcomes.

Continuously test and iterate messaging and creative based on performance data.

Product Launches & GTM Campaigns

Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new products and major releases, including

launch strategy, sequencing, and channel plans.

Build campaign toolkits: messaging, launch pages, email sequences, paid creative

direction, and product story assets.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into

market-ready stories and launch milestones.

Coordinate launches across internal stakeholders (Commercial, Partnerships, Customer

Success, Leadership).

Sales Enablement & Commercial Collaboration

Equip the commercial team with high-quality sales enablement assets that improve

conversion (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, talk tracks).

Partner with Sales/Commercial leadership to align messaging with pipeline priorities and

ICP segments.

Support customer success and partnerships with product narratives and enablement for

expansion and cross-sell motions.

Help shape and refine strategic offers (free trials, bundles, pricing narratives, use-case

packaging).

Market & Customer Insights

Gather and synthesize customer insights through interviews, win/loss analysis, feedback

loops, and market research.

Identify high-potential segments, use cases, and messaging opportunities to accelerate

adoption.

Track competitor positioning and ensure fileAI's story remains differentiated and

compelling.

Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Define key metrics for product marketing impact (signups, activation rate, funnel

conversion, campaign ROI, product adoption).

Build reporting into campaign execution and provide insights for what's working and what

needs improvement.

Maintain a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement across

messaging and campaigns.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

10+ years experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles (B2B SaaS / fintech /

AI / workflow automation preferred).

Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through campaigns (signups, activation,

conversion, adoption).

Strong capability in positioning, storytelling, and translating product features into differentiated

value.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, and Sales teams.

Strong project management skills: can run multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously with

high attention to detail.

Highly analytical and performance-oriented able to interpret data and use it to improve

marketing effectiveness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to stakeholders.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms, and experimentation workflows is a plus.
