Role Description

This is a strategic marketing role for a Product Marketing Manager, responsible for positioning products in the market, defining value propositions, and driving demand through effective go-to-market strategies. The role focuses on connecting product capabilities with customer needs to support adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing clear product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. This includes conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, and evaluating competitor offerings to ensure products are effectively positioned in the marketplace.

A key responsibility of the role is leading go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches and feature releases. The Product Marketing Manager collaborates closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions and alignment across all channels.

The role also involves creating and managing marketing assets such as product messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and campaign content. The Product Marketing Manager ensures consistent communication of product value across internal teams and external audiences.

In addition, the position includes analyzing product performance, tracking campaign effectiveness, and using data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies. This may involve monitoring customer adoption, engagement metrics, and feedback to refine messaging and positioning.

The Product Marketing Manager also supports pricing discussions, customer segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to maximize product growth and market impact.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer value.

Qualifications
  • Experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or marketing strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product positioning
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight development
  • Ability to create product messaging, value propositions, and marketing narratives
  • Experience supporting product launches and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze product performance data and customer behavior
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and marketing assets
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and customer segmentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
