About The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Product Marketing & Management Manager to lead product launches, product marketing strategies, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and portfolio management across the region. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, sales growth, and market expansion within the healthcare and wellness portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional product launches and go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and segmentation strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Drive product marketing initiatives and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and communications.
- Develop and manage product marketing collaterals including brochures, product information sheets, presentations, training materials, and sales tools.
- Support Sales teams with product training, sales enablement materials, and product-related guidance.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to generate business insights.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including forecasting, portfolio reviews, and product optimization.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure product readiness and compliance.
- Lead the development and growth of the Sleep product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing or product management in medical devices or consumer healthcare industries.
- Proven experience in product launches, market segmentation, competitor analysis, and development of marketing collaterals.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience conducting product training and supporting commercial teams.
- Analytical, proactive, and execution-focused with strong business acumen.
