Job Description

Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager (F&B) drives innovation and topline growth across the hotel's food and beverage portfolio. This role owns the full product lifecycle-from ideation and positioning to go-to-market execution and continuous improvement-serving as the bridge between creativity, commercial strategy, and guest experience.
Working closely with F&B operations, culinary, procurement, and marketing teams, the role leads the development of guest-centric concepts, partnerships, and loyalty activations that reinforce the hotel's lifestyle positioning and enhance dining profitability.

Areas of Focus:

  • F&B Product Innovation & Strategy: Develop, test, and scale new dining concepts and retail lines aligned with guest preferences and market trends.
  • Revenue & Programme Development: Create and optimise revenue-driving campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
  • Partnership & Brand Activation: Build collaborations that strengthen brand equity and guest engagement.
  • Marketing & Go-to-Market: Deliver compelling F&B storytelling and campaigns that translate strategy into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities / Duties:

F&B Innovation & Product Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a 12- to 24-month innovation pipeline of F&B products, menus, and experiences.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, build business cases, and validate concepts with data and guest insights.
  • Lead project management of approved initiatives, coordinating cross-departmental execution.

Revenue-Generating Programme Development

  • Launch and optimise F&B promotions, loyalty bundles, retail concepts, and delivery partnerships.
  • Collaborate with F&B leaders to design programmes that balance creativity, cost efficiency, and profitability.

Partnerships & Loyalty Activations

  • Identify and grow strategic partnerships with key F&B and lifestyle brands.
  • Work with loyalty and marketing teams to deliver activations that drive engagement and repeat visitation.

Marketing & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner with the Marketing & Communications team to craft product narratives, campaign messages, and GTM plans.
  • Oversee launch timelines, visual direction, and brand alignment across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Actively contribute to content planning, campaign setup, and performance tracking.

Guest Insight & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather insights through surveys, reviews, and social listening.
  • Translate guest feedback into actionable improvements in product quality, service experience, and communication.

Measurement & Reporting

Track performance metrics, including:
Revenue uplift (absolute & %)
Programme ROI
Covers and conversion rates
Guest satisfaction (NPS) and feedback implementation rate

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B marketing, product development, or brand management, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of dining trends, guest behaviour, and commercial planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Creative yet analytical mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Agile, forward-thinking, and comfortable adopting new technologies or digital solutions.
