Responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points.
- Gather feedback from clients, sales, and cross-functional partners to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze product performance to uncover insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to priority customer segments.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to create enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits and narratives.
- Drive adoption and growth through go-to-market launches, pilot programs, and scaled campaigns.
- Support sales and partner teams with training and resources to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Track performance metrics and share insights and best practices to maximize impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, focusing on digital advertising and product growth strategies.
- Prior experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience working on payment related industries will be a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Commercial, data-driven mindset with experience in market research, analysis, and business case development.
