Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis, including competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, product launches, and training activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on product features, benefits, pricing, and commercial strategies.
- Manage product, sales, and marketing profit and loss performance to support business profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and purchasing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of business accounting and profit & loss management is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
