About the role
This role is be pivotal in supporting brand growth across global travel retail channels. You will support the execution of marketing strategies, product launches, and campaigns that engage travelers and elevate the brand's presence in airport duty-free counters, downtown stores, and other travel retail locations.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in the execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including in-store activations, digital initiatives, and promotional activities:
1) Retail: Signages, retailtainment collaterals, OOH, TVCs
2) Digital: Banners for online platforms, e-commerce, and landing pages
3) Social: Review of content and artwork (KOL posts, livestreams)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including corporate teams and agency partners, to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare production briefs and campaign decks.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the regional sales team to support marketing initiatives.
- Partner with corporate teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Retail & Consumer Insights
- Gather and interpret consumer insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related function, preferably within beauty, luxury, or FMCG.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
- Campaign execution experience.
- Strong understanding of travel retail dynamics and consumer shopping behaviors in airport and duty-free environments.
- Digitally savvy and good sense of social media and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for luxury branding and storytelling.
