Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery for digital platforms. You will work closely with users, stakeholders, designers, researchers, and engineering teams to build products that deliver measurable outcomes and meaningful user value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities.
• Translate user research, business objectives, stakeholder needs, and policy requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, impact, and delivery constraints.
• Define product vision, goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Analyse product performance data and user feedback to guide product decisions.
• Conduct discovery, validation, and experimentation activities to improve product outcomes.
• Partner with UX, research, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate product direction, priorities, and trade-offs effectively.
• Drive continuous product improvements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Strong experience in product strategy, requirements gathering, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
• Experience conducting discovery activities, user research, validation, and product experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern digital product delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing workflow-based, operational, or management systems such as dashboards, scheduling platforms, or records management solutions.
• Experience delivering products within government agencies or public sector environments.
• Exposure to human-centered design and service design methodologies.
