Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted market segments according to Interventional / Vascular portfolios
- Evaluate sales channel performances against sales target to drive sales objectives
- Establish buyer acquisition plans to acquire new customers
- Enhance existing customer acquisition and retention plans
- Facilitate negotiation of sale agreements for bigger accounts
- Diagnose KOLs technical product needs and present suitable solutions to address those needs
- Identify high priority buyers to facilitate follow-up discussions for sales closure
- Develop customer relationship management programmes
- Develop insights from KOLs feedback and market sentiments for further product enhancements
- Develop measures to enhance buyers retention and loyalty based on analysis of customer data and purchasing behaviour
- Provide on-the-job training and performance evaluation to subordinates
- Review work processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, or Science
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, role in sales of medical device or case support especially in the Interventional / Vascular space.
