Job Description

Our client is a medical technology company headquartered in Singapore, specializing in the distribution of advanced medical devices and solutions across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted market segments according to Interventional / Vascular portfolios
  • Evaluate sales channel performances against sales target to drive sales objectives
  • Establish buyer acquisition plans to acquire new customers
  • Enhance existing customer acquisition and retention plans
  • Facilitate negotiation of sale agreements for bigger accounts
  • Diagnose KOLs technical product needs and present suitable solutions to address those needs
  • Identify high priority buyers to facilitate follow-up discussions for sales closure
  • Develop customer relationship management programmes
  • Develop insights from KOLs feedback and market sentiments for further product enhancements
  • Develop measures to enhance buyers retention and loyalty based on analysis of customer data and purchasing behaviour
  • Provide on-the-job training and performance evaluation to subordinates
  • Review work processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, or Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, role in sales of medical device or case support especially in the Interventional / Vascular space.
