We are seeking a Product Manager, User Growth to drive global user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will optimize multi-channel campaigns, analyze key metrics, and lead growth experiments to accelerate product performance.
Responsibilities:
Advertising Campaign Management
- Responsible for managing advertising campaigns across major channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), including strategy development, creative direction, budget allocation, and execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, and retention rate, and develop actionable optimization strategies.
- Maintain close communication with advertising platforms and agencies to obtain the latest product features, policies, and tools, enhancing overall campaign efficiency.
- Understand and apply attribution logic, continuously monitor traffic quality, identify fraudulent traffic, and implement risk control measures.
Data Analysis & Decision-Making
- Proficient in using data analysis tools to monitor key metrics, evaluate performance, and diagnose issues.
- Build and maintain growth-related data systems, collaborating with data teams to define core metrics, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Generate clear optimization recommendations (such as campaign optimization, user journey optimization) based on data insights and drive execution.
- Promote the standardization of growth-related processes, including campaign workflows, experimentation workflows, and monitoring procedures.
Career Development Path
- Participate in developing global user growth strategies for social apps, including acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement, as well as building and optimizing growth models.
- Utilize funnel analysis, user segmentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to continuously improve key growth metrics (e.g., registration rate, DAU, retention rate).
- Contribute to building and enhancing the growth experimentation framework, including experiment design, sample size estimation, confidence evaluation, metric definition, and experiment review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above STEM background preferred, especially in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), as the role involves handling documentation and liaising with partners and stakeholders based in China who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct funnel analysis, user segmentation, and advertising performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform (Google Ads / Meta / TikTok).
- Solid understanding of growth concepts, including the AARRR model and growth experimentation methodologies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills results-oriented, self-driven, capable of independently pushing projects forward.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in user growth for social, content-based, or global products.
- Experience in global advertising campaigns, including Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, etc.
- Experience with multi-channel growth methods such as SEO, ASO, KOL/KOC.
- Proven track record of independently leading growth projects with measurable results.
