Product Manager

Your role :

Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation solutions Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes Do you have a curious nature, always interested in finding ways to innovate We're looking for someone like that to help us: partner and collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver process automation solutions in a dynamic environment . analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices . increase efficiencies by utilizing technology

Your team :

You'll be working in the Process Optimization and Automation, Product & Design team in Singapore. You'll work alongside individuals passionate about technology and innovation, in an international and inclusive environment where diversity is a strength and every opinion matters.

Your expertise :

. ideally automation and consulting experience maintaining a focus on business analysis in digital transformation and modern technologies

. strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills

. the ability to understand the current business processes, define business cases, optimize and define the target process

. a strong written and verbal communicator, able to adapt and to present well to stakeholders

. highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and eager to learn and to solve complex problems

. experience with transformation tools

. open to learning new tools and technologies

. professional experience within Banking Operations would value add to the role
