Job Description:

  • Own end-to-end product development of Chatbot features, driving ideation, impact analysis, priority definition, system design, and development while overseeing post-launch performance through data analysis for continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop advanced LLM solution models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems etc. to enhance chatbot effectiveness.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines by developing detailed product plans, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across cross-product teams, engineers, product ops, and analysts.
  • Work closely with business teams to develop features aligned with business goals, helping stakeholders understand the product, communicate its value, and define strategic priorities together.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps, applying tailored strategies to refine product positioning and performance, and preparing product proposals to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Math & Stats, Engineering, or a related applied quantitative field. Or experience in lieu.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing.
  • Self-driven, positive attitude and team player.
  • Experience in using data science and machine learning to solve problems.
