We're looking for a Product Manager, Tourism to drive the development and growth of tourism-related programmes that support workforce transformation and business competitiveness in Singapore's tourism sector. From hospitality and visitor experience to digital tourism, sustainability, and emerging industry trends, you will shape learning solutions that equip tourism professionals and businesses with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management, from market research and programme design to launch, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring relevance and impact for the tourism industry
- Manage product performance, budgets, enrolment targets, and profitability while identifying opportunities to expand the tourism training portfolio
- Monitor industry trends, workforce needs, competitor offerings, and learner feedback to develop, enhance, or retire programmes that address current and future tourism sector demands
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, training, marketing, operations) and industry stakeholders including tourism businesses, associations, and training partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Work with government agencies and industry partners, including Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), and Singapore Tourism Board (STB), to maximise funding opportunities and ensure programme compliance and alignment with industry priorities
- Support workforce development initiatives by identifying emerging skills needs in areas such as tourism technology, customer experience, sustainability, destination management, and tourism innovation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, business development, or workforce development, preferably within the adult educator industry with tourism, hospitality, travel, events experience
- Strong track record in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering business growth
- Good understanding of Singapore's tourism ecosystem, industry challenges, and workforce transformation trends
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging industry partners and government agencies
- Passion for tourism, lifelong learning, and workforce capability development
- Experience working with tourism, hospitality, attractions, travel, MICE, or customer experience-related businesses
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding frameworks and workforce development initiatives
- Understanding of digital transformation, customer and service experience, sustainability, and innovation trends within the tourism sector
