Job Description

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Technology) to lead the planning, delivery, and enhancement of digital solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and development teams. The role involves translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing product backlogs, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define product features, manage requirements, and support project execution. For smaller initiatives, the role may also include project management responsibilities such as scope management, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define system requirements for digital products and innovation initiatives
. Facilitate product conceptualisation sessions and innovation trials to gather insights and requirements
. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
. Manage and continuously refine the product backlog in collaboration with product owners
. Work closely with developers and technical teams to interpret requirements and support implementation
. Analyse requirements and contribute to solution design, testing strategies, and business process improvements
. Coordinate with UX designers and stakeholders to support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
. Track and manage product delivery timelines, issues, risks, and escalations
. Prepare project status updates and communication materials for stakeholders
. Support development of project proposals and documentation to secure funding and resource allocation
. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
. Drive business process improvements and change management initiatives
. Ensure completion of documentation and maintain proper records for product development lifecycle
. Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or improvements
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery
. Ensure cybersecurity best practices are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle, including threat modelling and security testing

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
. Experience in product management, business analysis, or technology project delivery
. Strong experience translating business requirements into product features and user stories
. Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and business users
. Experience managing product backlogs and development roadmaps
. Familiarity with UAT planning, coordination, and execution
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and secure software development lifecycle is an advantage
