Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog across key user journeys.

• Translate user research, stakeholder needs and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritise features based on user needs, impact and delivery considerations.

• Define success metrics and use data to track product performance and guide decisions.

• Plan and conduct product discovery, user research and validation activities.

• Work closely with designers, researchers and engineers to deliver products from concept to launch.

• Manage stakeholders and communicate product direction, priorities and rationale clearly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering digital products.

• Strong experience in requirements definition, backlog prioritisation and product roadmapping.

• Hands-on experience in product discovery and user research.

• Comfortable using data and metrics to measure product performance and outcomes.

• Experience with workflow or management systems such as dashboards, records or scheduling solutions is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile development and working with design and engineering teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• Government or public sector experience is an advantage.
