Responsibilities:
- Define Product Vision & Discovery: Own the product from initial discovery through post-launch iteration. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into actionable problem statements.
- Develop Strategy & Business Cases: Build strategic hypotheses, outline value, cost, and resource requirements, and define initiatives that align with organizational goals. Establish the product's value proposition and secure buy-in.
- Measure Success & Monitor Performance: Define KPIs and success metrics. Create dashboards and reports to track progress and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Roadmap & Delivery Management: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, balance priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers to shape user journeys and prototypes, and with engineers to translate requirements into development tasks. Support functional, user, and release testing to ensure product quality.
- Launch & Drive Adoption: Oversee product releases, monitor post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes. Lead initiatives to drive onboarding, training, and user adoption.
- Advocate for Users: Represent user needs throughout the development cycle, addressing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing digital products through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to prepare proposals, product documentation, and influence decision-makers.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), CBAP/CCBA, PMIPBA, or equivalent.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, or other product and collaboration platforms.
