User Requirements Gathering:

. Collaborate with users across 10 international locations to gather, analyse, and standardize user requirements for the enhancements needed core banking system.

. Ensure consistency and alignment of requirements with global banking standards and local regulatory needs.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA):

. Document current (as-is) business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

. Develop future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, with a focus on long-term benefits to bank operations and core banking functionalities.

Functional Specification Document (FSD) Review:

. Review and provide detailed feedback on FSDs to ensure they accurately reflect standardized user requirements and business objectives.

Test Coordination and JIRA Management:

. Coordinate testing activities including the development and execution of test scripts based on user requirements and FSD.

. Manage JIRA tickets related to test cases, defects, and enhancements-track statuses such as blocked, in progress, and resolved until closure.

. Facilitate defect triage meetings, prioritizing issues and coordinating with IT and business teams for timely resolution.

. Monitor and report on testing progress and defect resolution status through JIRA dashboards and reports.

Change Request Assistance:

. Assist in raising and documenting change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and impact assessments.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change requests and support approval workflows.

Post-Production Rollout Support:

. Support planning and execution of post-production activities, including issue resolution and user support.

Stakeholder Liaison:

. Act as a bridge between business users and IT counterparts to ensure efficient delivery and resolution of production issues.

. Provide insights and recommendations to IT teams based on business impact and long-term process improvements.
