About the Role
Location: Jurong
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
We are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional product requirements. This role will play a key part in driving product development, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements, translating them into clear user stories for development.
- Facilitate discussions and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to support the design and implementation of product features.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and support project tracking, reporting, and issue escalation where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and system capabilities.
- For smaller projects, support product management activities such as backlog management, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering business or product outcomes in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver digital products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Balsamiq.
- Background in Computer Science, Product Management, or related disciplines.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or CBAP are advantageous.
