Product Manager, Supply (Driver)

Job Responsibilities:

• Defining the long-term vision for driver supply, often involving digital solutions and platform enhancements.
• Ensuring enough drivers are available for demand, optimizing routes, and managing fleet/resource allocation.
• Developing programs to improve driver satisfaction, address concerns, and reduce turnover.
• Overseeing daily dispatch, logistics, documentation, and ensuring efficient operations.
• Collaborating with commercial, operations, IT, and leadership teams.
• Managing features, requirements (PRDs), and data-driven insights for driver-related products or platforms.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience OR,
• Master's degree in business administration
• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Product Management.
• Experience with technology (AI, platform tools) is a plus.
• Strategic thinking, data analysis, and strong communication.
• Ability to write complex queries to extract data on driver funnels, churn patterns, and earnings distributions without relying on analysts.
• Proficiency in designing and executing Switchback Testing (randomizing by time and geography) which is the industry standard for marketplace testing.
• Skills in using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Mixpanel to create real-time dashboards for monitoring supply health.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Ability to assess requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and propose optimal solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Quick to learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
