SME Finance team focuses on building a series of fintech products, including cash loan and factoring products for sellers and enterprises, to provide the financial flexibility to help the unbanked population and businesses in the SEA and LATAM region.
Job Description
- Define and drive the roadmap for seller financing products. Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve customer experience, adoption, retention and reduce cost.
- Identify small and medium-sized enterprises pain points by conducting market research, collecting users feedbacks and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product solutions and requirements.
- Work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Design, to deliver high-quality and compliant lending processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in a product management role with hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and be willing to take challenges.
- Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
