As we continue to accelerate our digital transformation journey, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Global Head office community in leading the evolution of our ServiceNow Low-Code Platform and help drive automation and workflow innovation across our global business.

Location: Singapore or Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Role Purpose

As Product Manager for the ServiceNow Low-Code Platform, you will own the product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for DHL's Low-Code Application Engine capability.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, you will translate business needs into scalable platform solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

This role offers you an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide automation initiatives while ensuring solutions align with DHL's architecture, security and governance standards.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and manage the product roadmap, priorities and backlog.
• Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities to maximise business value through workflow automation and low-code solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, utilisation and benefits realisation to support informed decision-making.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Demand Management

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective platform solutions.
• Facilitate demand intake, prioritisation and product planning activities.
• Communicate roadmap progress, delivery updates, risks and key initiatives to stakeholders.
  
  

Platform Governance & Delivery

• Ensure delivered solutions comply with DHL architecture, security and development standards.
• Support platform governance activities, including release management, platform standards and demand management processes.
• Promote best practices, solution reusability and continuous improvement.
  
  

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage vendors and partners to ensure high-quality execution and service performance.
• Foster strong working relationships to drive successful delivery outcomes.
  
  

Do you have what it takes

• At least 5 years experience managing or owning enterprise technology products, platforms or applications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and low-code application development concepts.
• Experience working with ServiceNow Application Engine, App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
• Experience gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working with external vendors, delivery partners or managed service providers.
• Experience serving in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring or developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

• ServiceNow and/or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working in a multinational or global enterprise environment.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, customer service, service management, workflow automation or operational process improvement.
