Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.
- Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
- Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc
Responsibilities:
- Define and excute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for site products.
- Drive product vision alignment with site transformation goals and workforce planning objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across agencies to ensure product strategy supports overall site objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centred development environment with rapid iteration cycles.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
- Establish product governance frameworks and development best practices.
Requirements:
- min. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline
- min. 4 years of product management experience
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong communicator and good in stakeholder management
