Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer insights.
• Translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, PRDs, and actionable work plans.
• Drive execution by working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Coordinate releases, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met before release.
• Track adoption and usage using tools like JIRA GA4, and identify areas for improvement.
• Own key product metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
• Support go-to-market efforts by preparing release notes and coordinating with internal teams.
• Champion the customer voice in all product decisions and cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company or B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing products across the full product lifecycle - from strategy to delivery.
• Strong ability to connect user needs to product opportunities and business outcomes.
• Ability to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Solid product thinking and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GA4 (or similar analytics tools).
• Based in Singapore or open to relocating.
