About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to join our Access Platform team at the Cimpress India Technology Centre. This team is responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM), tenancy management, authentication, authorization, and fraud detection capabilities across all Cimpress businesses.

In this role, you will help define the product strategy, execute the roadmap, and deliver impactful features within the Access space. You will work closely with stakeholders from engineering, design, business, and security to identify requirements, shape solutions, and ensure effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that address customer needs in the IAM and Access domain.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories, maintaining a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, analyze data, and monitor usage to guide decisions and validate outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver product increments iteratively while balancing speed, quality, and risk.
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Contribute to product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product development principles and experience managing product life cycles end-to-end.
• Proven ability to define and communicate product requirements clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in identity management, access control, or related domains is a plus.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS products and platform environments is highly desirable.
