The R&D PMO team leads cross-functional efforts focused on R&D top priorities, work closely with R&D leaders to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Associate to support product development and cross-functional project execution for R&D group. This role works closely with developer, PM, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks, support product adoption, and generate insights from R&D performance data.
Job Description:
- Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimization of our management platform
- Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
- Performance analysis: Collect and analyze R&D teams key performance data. Summarize findings to support leadership decisions.
- Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields.
- Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- High attention to detail; strong sense of responsibility and follow-through; adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
