Product Manager, R&D Efficiency - President's Office

The President's Office supports the Group President in driving enterprise-wide productivity and long-term value creation. The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.

The R&D PMO team leads cross-functional efforts focused on R&D top priorities, work closely with R&D leaders to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Associate to support product development and cross-functional project execution for R&D group. This role works closely with developer, PM, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks, support product adoption, and generate insights from R&D performance data.

Job Description:

• Product development: Understand product requirements from business and R&D stakeholders. Translate the needs into clear development requirements, leverage AI and work closely with developers to support feature development and optimization of our management platform
• Product support: Collect user feedback and help address product questions, issues, and bugs.
• Performance analysis: Collect and analyze R&D teams key performance data. Summarize findings to support leadership decisions.
• Project management: Support project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation. Assist in improving project management processes, reporting, and communication efficiency. Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields.
• Experience working with engineering or product teams is a plus
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile ways of working.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• High attention to detail; strong sense of responsibility and follow-through; adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
