Product Manager / Product Director (Open Budget, World leading Web3 platform / protocol)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to build seamless and secure user experiences.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across growth channels, institutional product enhancements, exchange features, or listing flows.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the crypto ecosystem to surface trends, threats, and unmet user needs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in product management within crypto, fintech, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Growth marketing, Institutional experience, Trading Platforms, or Listing Operations.
• Strong product instincts backed by data analysis, experimentation, and deep user empathy.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Crypto-native, with an eye for decentralized technologies, web3 protocols, or on-chain analytics.
